Weight Loss: New Beginning

For awhile now, I’ve been trying to lose weight. I’ve succeeded in actually losing some pounds, but I haven’t been consistent on my plan. It’s really been a struggle of mine. It seems like every time I get things set up to make everything run smoothly something came up. It made me feel discouraged and depressed. This time, I will continue no matter what. I am starting my plan Monday. I will be walking the trails and following a certain exercise plan. I’m excited to be doing both. I also plan to cut quite a bit out of my diet. I won’t do that all at once though. Gradually. I’m going to just slowly start picking things out of my diet and cutting back on others. I feel it would be more wise to do that than to actually try to cut it all out at once and risk cheating in the future.

My goal is to get down to 120. I don’t know exactly how much I weight now, but I can tell you that I have a long way to go. I will do my best to share all my progress every Friday. If I’m ever late, I do apologize in advance. Things come up sometimes. I will include, current weight, progress of week, and all my Fitbit stats. I will also try to include a full body picture every week (or once a month).

Anyways, this is the beginning. I’m really nervous, but I’m also really confident. To those of you who choose to follow me on this journey, I want to thank you in advance for your encouragement and faith. It will definitely help me get through this a lot better. I will end this now. Please note that I post a new blog every Monday (book related), Wednesday (personal), and Friday (weight loss). I’ll also post reviews periodically.
